What is an MP3?
MP3 is a compressed audio format that reduces the size of a file with no noticeable loss of quality. This allows the audio to be transported easily over the Internet.
How do I download my MP3? After you have completed your order you will receive an email receipt. Click the link in your email receipt to get to the Order Details page. OR,
You can download your file immediately after purchase by logging in with your Username and Password.
Click Account (top of each page), Log in with your Username and Password, then click the Review Order History link (second link from bottom), and finally the Order Number link (the first 8 digits are the date the order was placed).
Either method will take you to the Order Details page.
The Order Details page will have a Download button(s) in the bottom left hand corner of the page. Left Click on the Download button, then on the Sermon Title link. A box will pop up which explains the Terms of Agreement (copyright).
- Windows Users:
To download and save the MP3 file, RIGHT-CLICK the "I Agree and Download" button and choose Save Target As. Then name the file and save it to a destination on your computer that you can find later.
- Mac Users:
Control click the "I Agree" button in Terms of Use. Select Download linked file; name the file and save it to a destination on your computer that you can find later.
If you are using Firefox/Mozilla Browser, there are two options for saving your download:
Hold the Shift key and then click the I Agree and Download button. Once you do this, the clip will start playing in the new window but since it is not a tab you will be able to save the MP3 by going to the Save menu at the top and clicking the Save Page As menu item. Or
Right Click the I Agree and Download button and then click Open Link in New Window. Once you do this, the clip will start playing in the new window but since it is not a tab you will be able to save the MP3 by going to the Save menu at the top and clicking the Save Page As menu item.
On a 56k modem downloading will take 20-30 minutes, depending on the sermon length and your connection speed. If you are using a fast connection like cable or DSL, downloading should take only a few minutes.
Once you have downloaded the MP3 to your computer, it can be listened to an unlimited amount of times with an audio player like RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, iTunes, or any MP3 player. It can also be burned to a CD.
