HSM Worship

At this large-group worship gathering, students engage in high-energy, authentic worship, hear truth from God's Word, and receive challenges to help them grow in their relationships with Jesus and others. The goal of HSM Worship is to help students take their faith and share it in their everyday lives


Bible + Beach

Bible + Beach is the can’t-miss experience for high school students. Incoming freshmen through outgoing seniors are invited to be a part of this exciting week. From authentic worship to beachfront games, small group conversations to large group activities, everything at Bible + Beach is designed to help students develop strong friendships and get to know Jesus better—all while having an unforgettable time. This week can make a difference in students for a lifetime and even for eternity.

HSM Groups

HSM Groups are student groups that meet weekly in homes throughout the area. Groups exist to plant students in Jesus, grow them together in family, and send them on mission through service. Students are led by growing, Godly Christian adults who love students.

HSM Groups Cancellation Policy

In the instance of severe weather, here is our policy:

  • If Jefferson County Public Schools are closed, groups are cancelled.
  • If Jefferson County Public Schools are open, we will have groups.
  • If inclement weather arises during afternoon or evening, contact the home host to see if your group will meet.

HSM Groups Detail

  • Hosted weekly in homes throughout the greater Southeast region
  • Grade/Gender specific (unless noted otherwise)
  • Multiple groups meet in each home, allowing for both large and small group experiences

Home locations and meeting times details are provided during the registration process.

Groups launch in mid-September and continue through mid-May. Groups do not meet over the summer months.

Parents/Forms

As a parent, you play a vital role in the Student Ministry family. To awaken a generation, we need a lot of help. From placing Christ first in your home, to intentional praying, to volunteering at events, to leading home groups, parents are integral to a successful and God-honoring Student Ministry.Please check back to this page for updated forms and new information on how you can be involved.

In order to participate in all Student Ministry activities, students and volunteers must have completed permission slips and legal release forms on file with Southeast. Please download your forms here and contact your student youth pastor if you have any questions.
