Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well. 1 Thessalonians 2:8

JOIN THE JOURNEY

In Women’s Ministry, we are committed to connecting women to Jesus and one another. We want to be real women who share our true stories of our amazing God.

We understand that our spiritual growth is not something that just happens. It is a journey. And we want you to join us.

No matter where you are in this journey, we have a place for you. Take a look at our intentional pathway to see where you fit in.

Real Women Essentials | Are you a new believer or someone who has questions about your faith? This is the place for you. In this class, we will walk through the essential truths of our faith so that you gain a firm foundation.

Real Women Thrive | Are you looking for a place to become rooted and established in your faith? If you are comfortable with the essentials of your faith, but would like to grow in your understanding of God’s word, this class is for you. Highly relational and intentional in our approach, this class will help you not only grow, but to thrive.

Real Women Imitate | Are you ready for more? The Apostle Paul said, “Imitate me, as I imitate Christ.” As followers of Christ, we are commanded to make disciples, but we do not always feel prepared to so. In this small group setting, we will unpack the tools and experience the gift of making disciples who make disciples.

Welcoming Hearts

Whether you have moved to the Louisville area in the past few months or in the past few years, this class is designed for you. Based on the book After the Boxes are Unpacked: Moving on After Moving by Susan Miller, Welcoming Hearts, offers you hope in a time of transition and will assure you that you will make it through this stressful change.

Welcoming Hearts is offered twice a year at our Blankenbaker Campus.

No. We welcome all women into our Real Women studies, events, and programming. Many women who participate with us are from other area churches or are regular attendees at Southeast.

• Scholarships are available for all Real Women study workbooks and on a limited basis for special events. A scholarship can be requested by emailing wministry@secc.org.
Welcome! We are delighted that you found us. We have a special class for women just like you. Welcoming Hearts is an 8-week class that is designed for women who are new to Louisville. The class is offered twice a year, in the Winter/Spring and in the Fall. Please email wministry@secc.org for more information.
Yes, the mentor program for women is a part of our Care Ministry. They have trained mentors who would love to connect with you. To become a mentor or to find a mentor, please call our Care Ministry at 502.253.8400.
We are thrilled that you are interested in serving. We have a variety of opportunities available—some that require you to be a church member and some that do not. We do ask that everyone interested in serving fill out a Volunteer Application and speak with a Women’s Ministry team member to help you with the best fit. To get connected with a Women’s team member, email wministry@secc.org.
Women’s Ministry partners with our Missions team to offer a variety of local, national, and international mission trips as well as some on-going relational serving opportunities. We believe one of the ways God uses women to influence others for the Kingdom is through mission opportunities.
