HSM Perfect North Slopes - Night Trip

Crestwood HSM Night ski/tubing trip to Perfect North. All Crestwood high school students are welcome! Registration and all appropriate forms are required to be completed by parent/guardian. Separate registrations for students (minors) and adults 18+. Students must register under their STUDENT profile--not their parent's profile.

PARENTS - Please read below: 

If you don't know how to ski, plan on tubing-there are NO SKI LESSONS available. PLEASE do not sign up to SKI unless your child already knows how to ski. We will travel together from CW campus via school bus or vans. Students may NOT drive themselves.  

Supervision during skiing, snowboarding, or tubing is NOT possible on this trip. If you want your child to be supervised, you MUST accompany them on this trip. Please register as an adult separately and if you are not already a cleared volunteer, we will reach out to you concerning becoming cleared to serve.
