SW Running Group

Family Fitness Classes

REFIT • Thursday, December 21 • 10:00 a.m.

POUND • Friday, December 29 • 10:00 a.m. •  Sports & Fitness Center

Get fit together in December! Join us for a free POUND or REFIT class over the Christmas break. For ages 5 and older, accompanied by an adult. No registration required. For more information, visit southeastsportsandfitness.org.

 

Bitty Basketball

Saturdays • January 6-February 10, 2018 • 8:45 a.m. or 10:15 a.m. • Blankenbaker Campus • Sports & Fitness Center Gymnasium

Our Bitty Basketball leagues are for girls and boys ages 5-8. Save $10 by registering before October 15! Register at southeastsportsandfitness.org.
