2021 | 6:00 a.m. Women Winning the Worry Battle
Indiana
Immediately following our 4-week sermon-based series, we are excited to offer this option learning from the life of Joshua. We don’t usually have a full understanding of what it means to fight the good fight of faith. We try to live by faith, but, in the face of everyday trials and failures, we find ourselves disillusioned and discouraged, wondering if we have done something wrong or if living by faith only works for others. Inspired by the Book of Joshua, we will study three tools that can help us Fight In Faith. Just as God gave His people victory over their enemies when they fought in faith, He promises to do the same for us.

In this 5-week study, we will work through Paul’s letter to the church in Philippi as we get a glimpse of the hope and joy we have in Jesus and the good news of the Gospel and what that means for us as followers of Jesus in our daily lives and in the midst of life’s biggest struggles.

Technology and Jesus
River Valley
Making conscientious choices about technology in our families is more than just using internet filters and determining screen time limits for our children. It's about developing wisdom, character, and courage in the way we use digital media rather than accepting technology's promises of ease, instant gratification, and the world's knowledge at our fingertips. Join some of the River Valley staff for this 2-week group as we discuss ways to honor God with our use of technology.
