Many of you have been asking how you can help our students during this time of stress and hardship. As you might know, we organized a food distribution for our MHFK families last week, and this is a service we want to continue to provide throughout the month of April. Here are some ways that you can help us: 1. Donate - We are carrying the financial burden of purchasing a lot of groceries for 100 families; any little bit can help us immensely. Donate easily by following this link: http://www.missionhopeforkids.org/donate/. 2. Shop - We have a grocery list of items (see the list in the attachments below) that we put into our food baskets. If you are able, put some extras in your cart and drop them off at 401 W. Poplar St., Monday through Thursday till 4:00 p.m. 3. Volunteer - We have created a sign-up form for those wishing to volunteer in this program. It is a wonderful way to invest your time in your community. To sign up, follow this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040845AFA92BA0FE3-mission. We know for many these options are not possible. If you are a member of an at-risk population or have been hit by financial hardship, please pass this information along to your church, members of your congregation, people who you know that are searching for ways to help. In passing this information along, you are doing your part to help our families. We love you all; stay safe.

Prayer for Oldham County Schools
During this time where most of our community is working from home or doing school at home, it is important that we remain strong in prayer. Fellowship of Christian Athletes believes that prayer can unify us especially in a time when we are not able to be physically together. We hope to use this time, as a community, to pray for the students, the athletes, the teachers, and the coaches to support them as they all experience lots of change. Prayer unifies, and our hope at FCA in this wild time is to shower the schools and students in prayer. We have an opportunity to do just that specifically for Oldham County. The Oldham County area will pray together every Wednesday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Email Cody Elbert at celbert@fca.org to be put on a reminder/encouragement mailing list so you don’t forget to pray for your school and it’s students/coaches.
