About Camp Empower

Camp Empower is a fun-filled, action-packed Day Camp for children entering 1st through 5th grade who have been fostered or adopted. This camp is designed specifically with these kids in mind to help them build helpful self-regulation and life skills. Camp Empower will focus on 4 key areas: Move, Feel, Care, and Learn, which each correspond to a child’s brain development. Each day, campers will have the opportunity to conquer an amazing obstacle course, learn new skills, make crafts, play games, talk about their feelings, make lots of new friends with kids just like them, eat tasty snacks, and learn some cool Bible stories and worship songs! With an extensive team of volunteers and a one-to-one buddy for every camper, your child is certain to have a fun, meaningful, and exciting camp experience!
